At Great Southern Roofing, we've done our best to create a Web site that is helpful and informative to our customers. With that goal in mind, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. There are two pages for you to look through. One covers questions related to installation of Metal Fascia and Gutter and the second covers Metal Roofing. Note that upon completion of works we will issue a Plumbing Industry Certificate of Compliance on our work. While you do not need a licence to install Metal Fascia, Gutter and Metal Roofing must be signed off by a Licenced Roof Plumber. Your work will then be covered by our warranty and protected by the Plumbing Industry Commission in Victoria. When you obtain a quotation from us feel free to enquire about our installation warranty and our suppliers product warranties.
The Worksafe OH & S requirements are are updated periodically. As changes are made Great Southern Roofing will update and advise customers as to requirements that may affect them. Our quotations will include Fall protection when it is seen to be required unless you advise that you will provide your own. If, upon arriving to start your job we find that there are safety issues we will let you know of any additional costs. Great Southern Roofing will not compromise on safety. This is in your interests as much as in ours.
